ABit Consulting knows that Servers require maintenance and have the experience in this area. Are your servers up to date with the latest security patches? Are they still under manufacturer warranty and are the backups working and being monitored?  Abit will monitor your server and keep them up to date.  Do you have a disaster recovery plan in place?

Contract Labour 

Contract labour will allow you to have your systems maintained by an ABit staff member on a regular basis.  You will be provided with regular on-site labour at a discounted price to help in maintaining a healthy IT environment.

After Hours Support

ABit Consulting customers have access to after hour support. Calls to our support number outside of office hours will be offered on a best effort basis at our out of hours support rate of $250 ex GST per hour with a minimum charge of 15 minutes.

  • 7:30—8:00 AM & 5:00 PM—7:30 PM Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday
  • 7:30—8:00 AM & 5:00 PM—9:00 PM Wednesday
  • 9:00 AM—12:00 Noon Saturday
